Gemini Studio Photography was founded in Irving in 2023 by photographer Andrés Sotomayor-Santiago. Raised around the craft through his father, photographer Rafael Sotomayor, Andrés developed an early appreciation for both the artistic and technical sides of photography.

Today, Gemini Studio operates from Foster Coworking in Las Colinas, focusing on portraiture and visual storytelling for entrepreneurs, creatives, and professionals. Each session is approached with an editorial mindset—where lighting, environment, and expression work together to create images that feel natural, confident, and timeless.

Andrés is a member of the Professional Photographers of America and currently a Certified Professional Photographer (CPP) candidate, working toward one of the industry’s recognized standards for technical and professional excellence.

Through Gemini Studio, the goal is simple: create thoughtful images that reflect the people and stories behind the businesses that make up communities like Foster.
